 WHAT CAN YOU ORDER FOR ME?

Low cost gun transfers aren’t the only thing that we’re good at. Seeking to be your online gun store when you can’t find any guns elsewhere, we can get everything from plain jane Glocks and Flashlights to Thermal Optics and Grenade Launcher receivers. Contact us for any requests and we’ll scour our distributors to get it to you at the lowest possible price.

A 20-25% non-refundable deposit is required for all special order items. The deposit will be forfeit if an order is canceled, or in the case of firearms, if the transferee/buyer receives a NICS denial.

HOW LONG DOES A FIREARM TRANSFER TAKE?

The paperwork for a gun transfer (Form 4473) usually takes no more than 5-10 minutes. Once the 4473 is filled out, the NICS background check is submitted. Customers with an LTC (Texas’ CCW / Carry Permit) are exempt from a background check. Depending on nationwide sales volume on that day, this check may take less than a minute, but we’ve seen upwards of 30 minutes for a response. Unfortunately, the wait time is out of our control which is the main reason we recommend our customers get an LTC even if they aren’t interested in carrying a firearm. Coincidentally, because of the time saved, this is why the FFL transfer fee has a $5 discount with an LTC.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

In addition to cash, we accept PayPal*, Zelle and Venmo. At our discretion, we may also accept personal checks and money orders.

*PayPal prohibits the use of their platform for the sale of firearms, certain firearm parts, and ammunition. Optics, weapon lights, and most accessories are allowed.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY? 
 
All items ship for free through either USPS Priority or UPS Ground within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping via UPS is available for a nominal fee. Any purchase over $250 will require a signature upon delivery. For security purposes, we will only fulfill orders where the billing and shipping address match.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 
 
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for items that are not store inventory. No returns or exchanges. Our establishment does not issue refunds and does not accept returned merchandise or merchandise exchanges.

There are no warranties, expressed or implied, provided by our company. Any product warranty claims must go through the manufacturer.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH MY INFORMATION? 
 
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. 
 
Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information.

WHAT TYPE OF SECURITY DOES YOUR COMPANY USE?

Our site uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all connections. This security is tested monthly by an outside auditor.

Our payment processor uses industry-standard cryptographic protocols, AVS verification, and adheres to PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), Level 1.
